We thought we would try some abstract art using a curing kit that we bought from hobby craft. I'm enjoying exploring different ways to create art, and this was another new experience.
Step 1
Adding the colours into the cup. We used Blues, White and Gold.
Step 2
Flipped the canvas onto the cup and turned over ready to pour out.
Step 3
Slowly lifted the cup to let all of the colours pour out onto the canvas.
Step 4
Let the colours spread out across the canvas.
Step 5
Gently started tilting the canvas to try and make sure everything was covered with the colours.
Step 6
I then added some oil which superheated the colours and created new shapes.
Step 7
We left the oil to work its magic and start creating some abstract patterns.
Final Design
I'm really pleased how this worked out. Its given me some more ideas of colours we could use.
